Special attention is given to delivering an excellent morning breakfast service to the Due Torri’s guests. “Zero-mile”(locally produced) organic food and fresh, seasonal fruit are being served in the Sala dell’Aquila (Eagle Hall), which was designed by the genius of Italian Gualtiero Marchesi. One of the recent arrivals in Verona has been the Grill Restaurant: a view restaurant located on the freshly restored Panoramic Terrace, which is one of the highest rooftops in Verona. It offers an exquisite menu with recipes enhancing meat and fish, served either raw or grilled.
Specialties. Meat: steak tartare of Piedmont ‘Fassona’ beef; Prussian heifer meat; boned Padua chicken; ‘Pata negra’ pork meat. Fish: wild sea breams; octopus “in cassopipa” (slowly stewed in an earthenware crock).
