Vergeron Beach House

 

This is a recently built property that has been finished to the highest standards and benefits from direct access by foot to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron. The tastefully decorated interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings and modern furnishings in soft, neutral colours.

The property is part of a gated community with controlled access and entry code. From here a driveway leads down to the property, to the private parking area and the garage for two cars. To the Mediterranean side of the house there is a delightful garden with lawns, olive trees and various plants, and views, through the trees to the sea. The swimming pool (10 x 5) is secured by the latest technology alarm system and can be heated on request. And from the garden there is a gate onto the shore path that leads to the beach, only normally used by the occupiers of the few properties on the domain.

You can watch amazing picture post card sunsets from Gigaro, just round the corner, with its large family orientated beach and its coastline rich with protected species of flora and fauna: the beach continues onto a marine path which zigzags between the picturesque rocky inlets, of which La Plage du Vergeron is one.

 

Accommodation

  • 4 bedrooms (double or twin), 4 en-suite bathrooms.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 adults plus 2 babies

 

Ground Floor: Small entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Steps down to living room with large glass doors opening to terrace, garden and pool: there is a TV with large plasma screen. The living room leads to the open plan kitchen and dining room, with doors to terrace and garden, and also with doors to the outside eating area and BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge freezer /ice maker, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine & toaster. Stairs lead from the rear of the kitchen to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also access to the garage, useful for food and drink deliveries. 2 double/twin bedrooms (beds 180), one with en suite bathroom, one with en suite sh0wer room, both open onto garden.
First Floor: Master bedroom (double or twin)(bed 180) with en suite bathroom (bath and separate shower), with TV, and small terrace, with views through the trees to the sea.
Lower Ground Floor: Guest bedroom (double or twin) (bed 180)accessible from outside or from internal staircase, with en suite bathroom. Adjoining living room with TV.
All the bedrooms open onto the garden and pool. There are two cots and two high chairs at the property.

 

Staff

  • Maid service 3 hours daily, 5 days per week, payable locally
  • Additional maid hours, cook, butler and chauffeur available on request
  • Sheets changed weekly, more often on request at extra charge

The St Tropez Beach House

 

This is a very special property on the tip of the St Tropez peninsula right on the beach, and a few minutes’ walk to Les Salins. It is in a peaceful and private place, with wonderful sea views: on a clear day you can see the mountains in the distance. On a windy day you can hear the waves from your bedroom.

The accommodation is luxurious and under stated, with wooden floors and bright colours. The large glass doors and windows ensure it is always light. There is a large swimming pool (14×8) with a wooden pool house with fridge. There is a tennis court near the beach, and many quiet corners to relax in the garden.

The beach restaurant at Les Salins is about a five minute walk along the coast, and St Tropez harbour is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. It is also possible to moor a small boat on the buoy off the beach.

Main House

Ground floor. Entrance into large living room/dining room on two levels: doors on two sides to garden, swimming pool and sea: fireplace and TV. Professional kitchen with 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, ice making machine, and cool drawers for drinks, and access from outside. Access also to lower ground floor storage and utility room with 2 washing machines and 2 driers. Guest cloakroom. Master bedroom with door to garden and sea views from the bed and TV: en-suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower, TV and sea views.

Lower ground floor. Two double bedrooms with TVs and with en-suite shower rooms, and doors to private terrace. Laundry.

Garden House (a few minutes’ walk from Main House): Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchen corner. Three double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. These four bedrooms have independent access from the garden. The accommodation is comfortable but not to the same standard as the main house and may be more suitable for staff and/or teenagers.

  • Two maids 8 hours per day, 6 days per week included in the price
  • Chef, chauffeur, additional staff on request
