Villa Paradiso was designed by the famous Italian architect, Ferdinando Fagnola, and is located on the waterfront at Portisco Bay, just 15 minutes from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. The villa has been constructed recently, using the most advanced materials and techniques, and is completely insulated and soundproofed. Built on the hillside, with an immaculate garden in an estate of about a hectare, this villa is the epitome of comfort and exquisite modern taste.

The charming town of Portisco, with its small harbour, markets, shops, restaurants and bars can be reached with a short 3 minutes’ drive. Portisco is an idyllic coastal village in one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia. From the sweeping vistas across the Mediterranean to the quaint harbour which overflows with luxury yachts, it is a town with much appeal. Its inland location gives it many shallow beaches, ideal for inexperienced swimmers and children.
Villa Paradiso extends over one level and has two spacious living rooms. There are two dining areas outside, and one inside. Spaces are fluid between the two, and there are many areas of relaxation. The villa has seven bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, all with showers and one with a bathtub, and an eighth bathroom. There are stunning sea views, comparable to the Caribbean for its clear beauty and colours. It is directly on the beach at Rena Bianca, and there is a second white sand beach that can be reached by foot in about 3 minutes.

This is an historic villa in a corner of paradise overlooking the bay of Cala di Volpe, and only 50 metres from the beach, La Celvia, with its fine white sand, granite rocks, and crystal clear water. Created by the famous architect, Couelle, this property retains its original soul.
