This is a comfortable, elegant and spacious duplex apartment over two floors in a quiet area, yet close to the cafes and bars in Campo Santa Margherita.

Campo Santa Margherita, surrounded by buildings from the 14th and 15th centuries, is a well-known meeting point in the Dorsoduro district, characterised by small shops, bars, restaurants, and a small fish market.  On the south side of the square stands the church of Carmini, the oldest part of which is the side entrance to the building in gothic style. Our apartment is round the corner from this church.

The apartment is on two floors and is elegantly furnished with original features, beamed ceilings, parquet and marble flooring, all adding to its charm and character.
